I am currently offering coaching services at a discounted rate while I work towards my Health and Well-Being Coaching National Board Certification (NBH-WBC).
I charge $75 for an initial session and $60 for follow-up sessions, or offer a package of seven sessions for $375 to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Committing to a series of sessions is recommended as it provides for the time to thoroughly explore what you would like to accomplish, how to get there, and the opportunity to maintain your new routines with coaching support and accountability while you establish your new habits. Typically we would meet every week for the first 3-4 sessions as we establish a focus and a goal. Thereafter, we would meet every other week as you begin implementing the changes you would like to make.
Over the course of these sessions, we start by developing a vision of you in your optimal health and hone in on what you would most like to focus on to work towards that vision. From there, we assess your readiness to change, formulate a very specific and realistic goal, and develop action steps to progress towards that goal. In this journey, you have the opportunity to try out these action steps seeing what works and what doesn’t, and we keep refining these steps along the way.
I meet remotely, via Zoom, which allows me to work with anyone no matter their location.
